Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team immediately receiving the product to initiate the return process.

Return Process:

Approval: Our customer support team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item. Please do not return any item without receiving proper instructions from our team.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Sale Items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. 

Exchanges:

 We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need to exchange an item for a different model or a similar product, please follow the return process, and once your return is approved and processed, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your account as store credit. Please remember it can take some to process and issue the refund. We only provide refunds as store credits.
